Afshan Younas is working as a Lecturer in Faculty of Business Studies at Arab Open university, Oman Branch accredited by UK Open University. She is the General Course Coordinator for accounting courses. She has a broad 15 years’ career in teaching at college and university level. She is professionally qualified, dedicated and highly motivated Lecturer with expertise in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, HR & Business. She is pursuing her PhD on the area of corporate governance from Universiti Selangor, Malaysia. She completed her two masters, MBA in Finance (with distinction) and MSC in Economics from Pakistan. She is energetic to pursue research in the field of accounting & finance. She has published research paper in the area of accounting and attended several conferences, seminars and workshops as organizer and presenter.
