Shani Kuna is a senior lecturer at Sapir Academic College, the department of Human Resource Management. Her main areas of research are management consulting, organization development and workforce diversity. She has written a critical book on management consulting and authored several book chapters as well as journal articles in outlets including Employee Relations, Public Personnel Management, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
