Third Round History

Due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, Oral speakers of the 3rd International Conference on Research in Business, Management and Finance announced their decision to be shifted to Virtual presentation mode. Therefore, the ICRBMF Organizing Committee decided to hold the conference entirely Online. The Virtual presentations were delivered via an online electronic forum (Webinar), where the participants engaged in lively discussions during the conference.

Jamiu Adetola Odugbesan

He is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Business Administration of Cyprus International University, North Cyprus. His area of interest is Strategic Management, Development Economic and Health Economics.


Afshan Younas

Afshan Younas is working as a Lecturer in Faculty of Business Studies at Arab Open university, Oman Branch accredited by UK Open University. She is the General Course Coordinator for accounting courses. She has a broad 15 years’ career in teaching at college and university level. She is professionally qualified, dedicated and highly motivated Lecturer with expertise in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, HR & Business. She is pursuing her PhD on the area of corporate governance from Universiti Selangor, Malaysia. She completed her two masters, MBA in Finance (with distinction) and MSC in Economics from Pakistan. She is energetic to pursue research in the field of accounting & finance. She has published research paper in the area of accounting and attended several conferences, seminars and workshops as organizer and presenter.


Muhammad Asadullah

Muhammad AsadUllah, Lecturer, Commercial and Professional Studies, PhD Business Management Candidate from Institute of Business Management. Initially, He joined EMEC- IoBM as a Facilitator for training projects. Later on, he worked as a visiting faculty for three years at the Department of Accounting & Finance and Department of Professional & Commercial Studies. He has also worked as a Visiting Lecturer in various Business Schools. His research interest includes Panel Data Analysis of secondary data from different sectors. He has presented various papers in National and International Conferences.


Constance Ekhoeiyayi Ehiozee

She is a certified professional with over 12 years’ experience spanning Energy, Production, Facility Management and Engineering organizations, occupying key QHSE and Change Management positions with responsibilities involving coordination and integration of corporate QHSE-Management Systems at the company’s business units, overseeing the effectiveness and standardization of the change management process, developing programs aimed at injury prevention, waste reduction and sustainable development.

She has a Master of Science in Safety, Health and Environmental Management(distinction) from the University of South Wales, a certified Change Management Specialist, an ardent Trainer and Mentor, a Lead Auditor of ISO Management Systems and other relevant international certifications.


Boryana Bogoeva

Boryana Bogoeva holds a doctoral degree in Project Management from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Her research focuses on cultural differences, cultural diversity in project execution and project management as well as multicultural environment in the context of project development.

Boryana Bogoeva has 8 years of experience in finance working for multinational companies like Coca –Cola Hellenic and Cargill. Currently, she is leading a process improvement project for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is a member of PMI
